Md. Abdul Qaiyum Talukder is a highly accomplished civil engineering professional with over a decade of experience in structural design, detailing, and execution of complex infrastructure projects. As the CEO of Dzignscape, he combines deep technical knowledge with a sharp eye for design integrity and performance.
Previously, he was the Planning Manager at L&T India, leading the IT/Hi-Tech Park Project across 12 districts. He also contributed to Chevron Bangladesh and the Padma Bridge Rail Link Project in critical planning and risk analysis roles.
His structural expertise was further sharpened at Samsung C&T (Korea) and Shimizu Corporation (Japan), where he worked on prestigious projects like the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Expansion and the Japanese Embassy renovation.
Beginning his career at Mir Akhtar Hossain Ltd., he played key roles in landmark projects such as Hatirjheel and the Rayerbazar Arch Bridge, excelling in structural detailing, estimation, and coordination.
A graduate of KUET in Civil Engineering with a PGD in Project Management from Edupro, UK, he is a proud member of IEB and PMI-USA, respected widely for his engineering insight and leadership.
